The effect on the motivation of director end teacher on the improvement education area

The main purpose of this study is to determine impacts of improvement to educational environment on motivation of principals and teachers; therefore contributing remotion of inabilities and deficiencies on educational environment.The other purpose of this study is to provide new data for senior manager about how they can remove detrimental effects on principals and teachers for measuring up our country?s educational system,how they can build up modern types schools, how they can improve training materials, and how they can provide them contemporary appearance.This study made as one-to-one survey with principals and teachers at twenty five schools that were chosen randomly in Ümraniye, Çekmeköy, and Sancaktepe, which are district of İstanbul, in 2011-2012 school years.As a result of this study, it can be conculuded thad improvement of educational environment has enormous effects on principals? and teachers? motivation
