Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, named ?Egrikapili Mehmed Rasim and his Diwanche (Examination-Text)?, we have at first tried to present the criticized text of Rasim?s Diwanche and then analyzed it according to religious and mysticalliterature.The thesis consists of an introduction and two chapters. In the introduction, to be more understandable, we have given informations about political and cultural life in the eighteenth century, Eğrikapılı Mehmed Rasim?s life story, his entourage, profession, literary personality and his studies.In the first chapter, significance of Rasim?s Diwanche was emphasized by submitting the content of Diwanche. Then, religious and mystical ideas in Diwanche were analyzed.In the chapter two, the characterizations of various copied manuscripts of Divanche were examined and the method followed by us in constructing the text of the Diwanche was explained. In addition, this chapter includes a critical edition we have made (criticized text) regarding the Diwanche.Key Words:1) Diwanche 2) Egrikapili Mehmed Rasim Efendi 3) Ottoman Poetry4) Islamic Mysticism 5) Calligraphy.
