Effects of economic crisisses on development: Turkey example (1980?2009)

International economic system displays a rapid changing process in which new trends occurred. The remarkable development in this process is globalization.In the recent years economic globalization has mostly been observed in financial markets. The küreselization process entails some positive and negative impacts on Turkey economy.In this study we tried to examine the current statue of Turkey economy. İn addition, we reviewed the advantages and disadvantages brought by economic crises for developing countries, in the light of recent developments in Turkey economy.The first section defines the crisis and made a theoretical development. In the second part the effects of the crises, the causes of and approaches to explaining the effects on the development of crises would be resolved by examining approaches are discussed.
