Evaluation of perception and satisfaction by patient and relationship of electronic (E) recipient aplication Trabzon Kanuni Education and Research Hospital sample

In today's world of information technology shows dizzying change and development. The need for information technology in healthcare services increases day by day and it is not possible to provide a functional health service without the support of information technology. One of the applications that can be considered as an example of innovation in health care services is electronic (e) prescription application. Purpose; this study is designed to determine the perception and satisfaction of patients and their relatives who are receiving policlinic services from Trabzon Kanuni Education and Research Hospital for electronic prescription application and planned to be done in cross-sectional and descriptive research model. The data of the study were collected via a set of questions generated by the investigator after the literature survey was conducted. Factor and internal consistency coefficient (Cronbach Alpha) analyzes were performed to determine whether all variables were perceived at the same level by the participants by transferring the obtained data to the SPSS 16.0 packet program and to facilitate understanding of the relationships between the variables. Mann Whitney-U and Kruskall Wallis tests were used to analyze continuous variables without normal distribution. Results were expressed as mean, standard deviation, min-max, frequency and percentage, and p <0.05 was statistically significant. Result; the practice provides ease of monitoring, control, evaluation, feedback and supervision in terms of the physician, pharmacist and reimbursement center and prevents the application from taking wrong drug, wasting, irregularities on the prescription and tampering. It was understood that patients and their relatives were highly satisfied with the practice of electronic prescribing as one of the modern and contemporary applications of our day, which they supported and practiced.
