The teachers' relationship between the organizational silence and the organizational commitment working at the industrial and the vocational schools

One of the most indispensable matters of all times is sure the education and also its quality. It's been observing a great changes and improvements the last ten years in educational system in our country. It's undeniable truth that the administrative changes have always been taking the primary importance in education. Organizational Silence and Organizational Commitment are one of the issues that can cause administrative problems in Turkey.In this study, depended on the thoughts of the teachers who work at Industrial and Vocational Schools, aims to both ascertain the levels of Organizational Silence and Organizational Commitment and also to decide the correlations of them. The teacher?s have created the content of this survey who has worked in the vocational schools of Esenyurt, Istanbul between the years of 2011 and 2012. On this survey we have reached the all vocational schools in this location. 144 participators out of 174 who work in three vocational schools in this location have asked to these questions willingly. The Scale of Organizational Silence and Commitment have been applied to these groups; we have gotten to these dissertations as a consequence:As a consequence of this survey shows us that the participators conception of organizational silence is near to average; a conception of organizational commitment is on the average of them. This result has shown that the teachers and the administrators could not tell their problems directly and freely, they have chosen to be in silent according to the situations and developments come across with.Keywords: Silence, organizational silence, commitment, organizational commitment
