Abstract (EN)

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a highly contagious viral disease worldwide. March June 2022, blood and serum samples from 50 people who are thought to be infected with SARS-CoV-2 and 40 people who have been vaccinated against SARS were taken from the Teaching hospital in this study. Dec. The results obtained showed that men are more likely to be hospitalized and are at greater risk. More patients were identified in the 51- 71 age group (52.5%) in both sexes. The frequencies of the IL-6, C and G alleles were studied in the patient and control group. A high prevalence has been identified for the G genotype and the G allele, and a low prevalence for the CC genotype and the C allele. On the other hand, it was found that the GG genotype and the G allele were more common in the control group than in the diseased individuals, while the CC genotype and the C allele were less common. In addition, it was revealed that the GG genotype and the G allele had the highest frequency in samples based on the NCBI homologous sequencing of the CD147 gene, while the CC genotype and the C allele had the highest frequency in samples taken from control individuals.
