The sample of the study consisted of nurses who worked in the adult Covid-19 intensive care units of Manisa Merkezefendi State Hospital for at least one year between September 2021 and February 2022 and volunteered to participate in the study (n=57). The data were collected with an information form, a questionnaire prepared to determine the views and experiences of the nurses about the prepared form. SPSS 15.0 package program was used to evaluate the data. In the analysis of the data, number percentage distribution and descriptive statistics were performed to define demographic characteristics. The conformity of the data to the normal distribution was checked with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test of normality. Mann Whitney U and Spearman correlation analysis was used because the data didn't show normal distribution. Results: 52.6% of the participants were under the age of 32, 73.7% were female, 50.9% were single, and 68.4% had a bachelor's degree. 78.9% of the nurses stated that the delivery form makes up for the deficiencies in patient delivery, 59.6% is beneficial for time management, 91.2% is more understandable, 87.7% prevents possible mistakes, 89.5% i prevented communication accidents, 87.7% provided accurate and complete information transfer, and 91.2% ensured patient and employee safety. A significant negative correlation was found between patient delivery time and usefulness during the seizure period (p<0.05).
