The change in the assets with the application of spouses and third parties to each other and the intervention of the judge

Spouses are subjected to various rules such as fulfilling their obligations, representing the union or protecting the union with the marriage union they establish with marriage. Spouses are also subjected to one of the numbered property regimes in the law regarding their assets. Property regimes were regulated by the Turkish Civil Code No. 4721. There are 4 regimes in law; the marital property regime of participation, the marital property regime of community of property, the marital property regime of separation and the marital property regime of shared separation. Marital property regimes are a set of rules that show the outcome of the properties, the scope of rights of spouses on these properties, the responsibilities of spouses towards each other and third parties and the right of third parties. It is possible for spouses to change the regime which they are subjected to with marital agreement within the legal limits. In addition, it is necessary in the law to change the property regime in different ways or to have various options within a regime. (They may also have links with other legal disciplines.)In the property regime law, arrangements can be made regarding the nature, type, sharing rules, the rights of spouses and other persons or the responsibilities of spouses on these properties. Spouses may act together, stand against each other and apply to third parties (other than marriage) to influence their rights on the asset. It may also be influenced by third parties applying to spouses or by a judge's decision. Within the scope of this study, the effects of spouses' rights and limits on the assets and the results of their effects will be examined.
