Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the impact of flexible working on employment of women in business life in our country. In this regard, along with personal Information form, two scales are prepared as one of them is the scale regarding the impact of flexible working on business life of women and the other one is the scale regarding employment of women who work flexible in business life. As the result of the questionnaire conducted on 107 people who are selected amongst the employees who work in companies that deal with Information Sector in Mecidiyeköy, Istanbul, it?s seen that there is no difference in the impact of flexible working on business life of women in terms of gender, marital status, the age of the youngest child, term of employment in the Sector, and work experience in business life; however, there is a difference in the impact of flexible working on business life of women in terms of number of children, age, educational status, position, monthly income, the way of working, the status of benefiting from the flexible working hours, and weekly average working hours. There is a difference in the impact of women who employed with flexible working hours on their employment in business life in terms of gender, age, term of employment in the company, work experience in business life, position, monthly income, and the status of benefiting from the flexible working hours. There is no difference in the impact of women who employed with flexible working hours on their employment in business life in terms of marital status, number of children, the age of the youngest child, educational status, the way of working, and weekly average working hours. Flexible working affects employment of women in business life.
