Methods: The data of the study was obtained by interviewing 86 pregnant women who were in the second and third trimester of pregnancy between 01.02.2019 and 01.04.2019. The data were collected by using the Introductory Information Form and the Psychosocial Health Assessment Scale in Pregnancy (PHASP). Data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21 package program. Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis tests and Spearman's correlation analysis were in the study. Results: When the mean scores of the matter in the PHASP were examined, it was found out that the substance that the pregnant women described as the best psychosocial health is the "characteristics of pregnancy and spouse relationship" which is sub-dimension and the worse psychosocial health is the "anxiety and stress characteristics" which is sub-dimension. In general, it was determined that pregnant women had a high level of psychosocial health and experienced problems related to anxiety and stress. Conclusion: It is thought that the factors affecting the pregnancy process should be determined in detail and the related studies should be investigated in detail and the pregnant women, their spouses and their families should be evaluated together and the nursing care should be given properly. Keywords: Pregnancy, compliance, psychosocial health, nursing
