Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of teachers working in schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education on their motivation and organizational commitment according to the management's approach. In the first part of this thesis, power and power distance, the concept of motivation in the second part, organizational commitment in the third part, and the relationship between these variables in the fourth part are taken. As a result of the research findings; No significant relationship was found between power distance and motivation and organizational commitment, and motivation was found to be a significant predictor of organizational commitment. Keywords: Power, Power Distance, Motivation, Organizational Commitment
