Factors affecting male prisoner's health in private type jail in southeast

Every year 30-50 million people goes to prison in the worldJn our cuntry medium as 55600 people are in prison and every year 7500 people go,in out of prison.Because of spending part of their life special occosions to this day.There is no health work for the inmates in our country. The recoon of this case is to find health consent of inmates. This work has been studed in six private type of prison in south east anatolia in every prison inmates were divided in age groups and % 50 percent of age group were picked randomyLThe inmates were inter viewed,face to face and taken informations about their health history by forms. İnformatincs has been studied by statice percentcils,ariymetic ratio,and khi square was used. % 70 percent of prisoners were between 20-40 years old,%58 were fram Diyarbakir.Majority were unemplayed %(72) and low incane % 61 crime that were commited to personify. There were health consents that effected prisonsa physical caditrans. Doctors didn't take special educctra out of 6 prison only one had dentist.there were no educated health person there were no protected health services,first aid woo net enough.inmates were not happy about health sarvices %48,3 did not have any problem %34did not have any contogios diseases,%21,3 inmates had contagious disease most of the contagious disecoes founded after the inmates enter the prison.The patients age,education,and the number of persons did not male any difference in the study %12,3 inmates were retardad,%75,6 percent shaved somatizofra %30and %76 of complored of depression,%74,4 were smokers and %17,8 were drug users.There were problemse in physical condition and health services in foul the condition made it easy for contagious diseases to spreadProtective health services,the control of discoses and the first aid services was not enough.health services were not given in a team service. There were no dentist psikolog sosgelog and health person. The physical condition of prison and health services should be updated for that reason the racom syoten should be more common there should be health team and they have to be special educated the health team should include sosyolog psikolog.the concern should be on pretetective health services,specialy health education.
