Abstract (EN)
This study, which is prepared as a master thesis is a study called"Syntactic Examination of Sentences in terms of structure meaing an d function according to descriptive grammar method in Hasan Ali Toptaş's six books: Gölgesizler, Uykuların Doğusu, Sonsuzluğa Nokta, Heba, Kuşlar yasına Gider, Kayıp Hayaller Kitabı."Sentences in which Hasan Ali Toptaş's mentioned novels are classified based on analyzes from the work of HikmetDizdaroğlu's Tümcebilgisel. During the study, it has been seen that examination which made according to descriptive grammar method are quite convenient for Hasan Ali Toptaş's novels. It has been observed that Hasan Ali Toptaş is successful to revealing Works to wortg examine both in terms of richness of sentences and variety of syntax. We hope that master thesis will contribute positively to the typology of Turkish syntax.
