Abstract (EN)

The aim of this thesis is determined to uncover the factors which have made the accommodation businesses in Antalya choose the implementation of all-inclusive system (HDS) since the system came out and expanded. This thesis also shows the effects of the system to the financial structure of enterprises, especially cost and profitability.This research is expected to benefit two important issues. The first of these is how is holiday-which is a consumer decision- is comprehended by the consumers and which factors affect from the moment it is interpreted by the consumers until the decision stage. Besides, the research emphasizes how the all-inclusive system developed and gained today?s effective role in the world and Turkey?s tourism sector. Secondly, the research indicates which reactions the accommodation businesses in Antalya, the pupil of Turkey?s tourism sector, showed to the all-inclusive system, their ideas about the system and which changes the system caused in their cost and profitability.The thesis consists of three parts. The first chapter examines the evolution stages of the tourism sector under the title of globalization of tourism. When we come to the second section, the application development process of all-inclusive system which has made big splash in the world and in Turkey in recent years is concerned. When we come to the last section, there are the research data gathering tools together with the analysis carried out accordingly. In addition, all of the research findings, interpretations and conclusions are in this section.
