This study, especially military, political, social and cultural changes experienced in the II. It includes the effort to identify the humorous elements in the novels written during the constitutional period and to classify these humorous elements according to their formation. The aim of this study is to show that humor is not only a caricature in the corners of magazines and newspapers, but also carries a destructive criticism within it and can be present as a narrative technique in the novel. In this context, elements of humor were identified in the introduction part of the study and the relationship between humor and laughter, literature, society and language was discussed.
