Abstract (EN)

The study aims to investigate the factors affecting life quality and trait anxiety in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Randomly chosen 101 children, all of whom are between 9 and 12 years of age, participated in this study and filled online questionnaires. Thereafter, the data analysis was conducted using the SPSS Program. Medical treatment, psychotherapy, vitamin supplement and some other applications were assessed in comparison using partial correlations and independent t-test. In conclusion, by means of symptom severity, the children who consumed cod oil supplement were found to be significantly low in trait anxiety levels. The combination of fish oil and medical treatment also had significant effects on trait anxiety. The other treatment techniques had no significant effects on children's trait in anxiety and pediatric life quality levels.
