Levels of exposure to bullying behaviors of teachers in primary schools, branch investigation of socio-demographic variables

In this study, emotionally insulting behaviors of branch teachers and their situation of being exposed to intimidation behaviors are analyzed and it is tried to determine to what extent they are agree with the statements in emotionally insulting behaviors scale submitted to them in this regard. 255 branch teachers who participated in the survey are asked for answer the questions in the survey form. The analysis of collected data have been made with SPSS 18.0 statistics software.As the result of the study, almost all of the branch teachers have stated that they have never experienced the events of exhibiting sexual intimates, displaying such behaviors as sexually touching, using violence for intimidation, being exposed to physical violence threat, making fun of a handicap, making sexually explicit jokes, and making sexual offers even though knowing that the victim doesn?t give consent. Only 2% of teachers have told that they rarely experience this kind of situations and 1% of them have stated that they experience this kind of situations rarely.More than 95% of teachers told that they had never lived such problems that the environment have been made uncomfortable physically, their body have been damaged or hurt physically, their belongings and cars etc. have been damaged to bring costs and the situation of some claims about the profession of their spouses.Keywords: Intimidation, mobbing, primary school, teacher
