Managers of primary schools communication methods and senses for motivation levels (example city of Çorum)

Communication that is one of the Management processes both structurally affects the operation of the other processes and directs those processes. It is a phenomenon which is influenced by many factors, most importantly by motivation. Motivation is structurally complicated and it has not been determined exactly that which of the factors influence the individuals most, thereby motivate them. However, since interaction affects the other management processes and is independent of the others, it obviusly affects the motivation of employees too. Human relations gain importance by means of Communication and motivation for determined objektives within organizations develops by the help of interaction. Employees that are motivated to work get better results. This state facilitates the realization of determined objectives of the organizations. Nevertheless, the individuals those who motivate the employees and will direct the iner interaction are the managers of the organization. The goal of this research is to determine the connection of communication and motivation between the managers and teachers within the educational organizations and to discover the factors that influence this relationship.
