A study of primary school and secondary school teachers' perceptions of organisational justice and organisational commitment in terms of some parameters: Şahinbey / Gaziantep example

The purpose of this study, primary and secondary schools teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and organizational commitment is to examine some of the demographic variables to. This study is descriptive research with a screening model. The sample of this study is made up of 400 teachers who work in state primary school and secondary schools in Şahinbey, Gaziantep. The first part of questionnaire is about "Demographic Information"; the second part consists of the items concerning "Organisational Justice; and the third part is about the items regarding "Organisational Commitment ". Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, t-test, one–way ANOVA, post hoc multiple comparison test and Pearson moment correlation coefficient techniques. In this research, it is seen that sub dimensions of primary school and secondary school teachers' organisational commitment are at the level of "undecided" and sub dimensions of organizational justice sense are at the level of "I agree". In addition, it was investigated whether the results of research differ in terms of demographic variables such as gender, age, tenure, branch and his / her service time in the school through the collected data. Within the research some meaningful relationships have been found between some parts of demographic features and organisational commitment and dimensions of organizational justice sense. These relationships are examined in this study and it is found that there is a positive, meaningful, and a moderate relationship between these teachers' perceptions of organisational justice and their organisational commitment.
