Relationship between performance management applications and organizational justice perceptions of teachers in primary schools

This research aims to determine; the performance management applications level, teachers' organizational justice perceptions level and the relationship between performance management applications and organizational justice perceptions of teachers" in primary schools. 3660 teachers working in Uşak province in 2013 – 2014 academic year are generating the research universe of screening model. 500 teachers from 48 primary school are taken as sample by simple random sampling. 446' s of 500 surveys regained. As a result of the examination made by researcher, 372 surveys is determined available and were included in the study . Assessment instruments used in this study are; "Teacher Performance Management Scale" and "Organizational Justice Scale". In order to test the congeniality of our sample to the dimensions of the scale, confirmatory factor analysis is used and the scales are comfirmed by the data acquired. After analysing the data, it is determined that; performance management system applications have positive linear effect on teachers' organizational justice perception. In terms of demographic variables, it is seen that some demographic variables effect teachers' performance management perception and organizational justice perception.
