Abstract (EN)

Dental implants are now the first choice of treatment in partial and complete edentulism. Under occlusal loading, there are some stresses in natural teeth, implants and surrounding tissues. In our study, the stress distribution in the restorations with different occlusal table morphologies was investigated by finite element stress analysis. The stres distrubition differences between the models prepared with different occlusal schemes were analyzed to represent the chewing muscles. In this study, three scenarios were prepared; the upper and lower jaws wirh natural teeth model, the upper and lower jaws with the implant-retained monolithic zirconium restoration model and the upper jaw natural teeth lower jaw implant-retained monolithic zirconium restoration. Each scenario was modeled in three different occlusal schemes, including balanced occlusion, lingualized occlusion and widened fossae occlusion. In our study, different occlusal schemas showed different stress distribution in teeth, implants and surrounding tissues. The results obtained are thought to be a guide in the selection of occlusal schema and material during clinical practice. Keywords: Occlusal schema; occlusion; monolithic zirconia.
