Abstract (EN)

My this study, generally gives information about recruitment process in human resources management and how is applied this process in banking sector. Staffing, which is one of the important functions having the characteristic of continutiy of human resources management con termed as maintaing function of businesses. In order to reaching human resources suited for institution and work, function of selection is properly required to carrying out. Fort his, from all novelty and developments in recruitmen department are required to be informed. The aim of my this study, learning from A to Z of recruitment, also telling banking sector and improving proposal. In first chapter of studying, definition, purpose, development, functions, and principles, the important of recruitment process, recruitment processes and stages of recruitment processes of human resources management have been treated. In second chapter, definition, duties and authorities, kinds of bank, historical development of banking, recruitment function subjects in banking sector have been treated. In third chapter, applied questionnaire study and differences in between related to recruitment processes in public, private and participation bank have been included. Based on acquired discoveries. Bank of public, private and participation in recruitment processes, done necessary alterations have been indicated-Besides for applicant personel, during to job application, points to take into account have been specified.
