Abstract (EN)
For organizational commitment, good organizational structure is not enough. Only with accordance of employee aims and organisational aims, contunious of organizational commitment is possible. The aim of this study, is to determine the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment factors of employees working at Buyuk Kışlak Agro Company. Our survey is performed on 119 employees. As a result of our research, organisational commitment has got a positive effect on employees job satisfaction at Buyuk Kışlak Agro Company Company and there is a positive relationship between commitment level and job satisfaction.
