Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to conduct the Turkish validity and reliability study of the mental faculties scale, which is used to measure the mind perception variable. For this purpose, in two studies conducted with both student samples and the general population, it was observed that in-group members were perceived to be superior in terms of agency and Syrian immigrants, who were out-group members, were perceived as superior in terms of being experiencing subjects. In addition to conducting the Turkish validity and reliability study of the mental faculties scale, another main purpose of the study is to determine the variables that predict the cooperation established with the in-group and out-group members. According to the results, while life satisfaction predicts the cooperation established with the ingroup member, the cooperation established with the outgroup member is predicted by the mental faculties attributed to the outgroup member and the moral emotion variables.
