Abstract (EN)
Many people in today's conditions in working life with negative behavior . The harassment has an important place in working life. Today?s economic conditions in the majority of employees lose jobsfor reasons such as fear of me in the face of this harassment remain silent as silent .Because of this harassment health deteriorated to the employee, job efficiency is reduced, social reputation is damagedThe main purpose of the research in the life of the employees what kind of job they are exposed to harassment and harassment of workers on the effects of what is to identify that. Study using survey methods, data elde was.Research universe, operating in different service sectors in the province of Ontario and field workers constitute different positions. Research tourism, health, education, textile and food over 400 people working in the fieldwork.
