Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of local market factors on choosing the entry mode of firms that are located around the city of Adana while they have been entrying to the international markets. The data used in this study were obtained by the questionnaire survey method, analyzed by using the statistical software program, and main findings of the study have been evaluated by using the probit regression method. This study indicates that local market factors that have effects on choosing the entry mode of firms during their entrances to the international markets, have no effect on those firms that are located in Adana.Key Words: Mode of Entry, Resource Commitment, Local Market Factors, Process of Internationalization.
