Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to investigate the presence of Infectious Pancreatic Necrosis (IPN), Viral Hemorrhagic Septicemia (VHS) and Infectious Hematopoietic Necrosis (IHN) viruses by using molecular method in the tissues of juvenile rainbow trout taken from rainbow trout farms in Aksu district, Çandır and Çukurköy in Isparta province. Diseased fish samples were taken from three fish farms in these regions. Homogenizes were prepared from the tissues of the collected fish samples. The prepared homogenates were investigated for these viral agents using real-time reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (rtRT-PCR) method and histopathological studies were carried out. From the fish farms in the Isparta region, diseased rainbow trouts were tested using the rtRT-PCR method, revealing the presence of IPNV, while VHSV and IHNV were not detected. It was observed that the mortality rate was 90%in the fish farms where sampling was taken. In internal and external examination of diseased fish, exophthalmos, abdominal swelling, pale liver, petechial hemorrhages in internal organs, yellow exudate, and transparent fluid in the stomach were observed. In the histopathological examination of the diseased fish, significant necrosis in the pancreatic cells of the infected fish and necrosis and infiltrates in the liver and heart were observed.
