The implemetantation of Japan management methodic system in Turkish automotive sector

The study which has the aim to analyze the historical development of automotive industry and the impacts of total quality known as Japan production model on Turkish automotive industry with a wide perspective targets using this analysis to foresee the future of Turkish automotive industry via Toyota main industry, Tofaş automotive factory and sub-industry Birmot corporation.The study consisted of two sections. The first section entitled the Development of Turkish Automotive Industry, explains the development of automotive industry in our country on the basis of development plan. The second section explains production management in Japanese automotive sector, practices in Turkish automotive sectors; the headings given as examples of Toyota, Tofaş, Birmot A.Ş. The second section primarily explains Japanese production model and informs about the applications of Toyota, the main industry and Birmot corporation, the sub-industry.
