Outsourcing publi̇c hospi̇tals and Rize State Hospital costs of some factors in terms of an assessment

The aim of the study In the global competitive environment, businesses in other activities outside the core capabilities as a result they turn to outsourcing, it is that it provides benefits to business and to reveal the extent possible results. Work planned in two sections, the concept of outsourcing in the first chapter, reasons, have focused on the benefits and drawbacks, in the second part, the types of outsourcing, scope, importance, process and are considered some of the cost factors in Rize State Hospital. Labour historians / literature review method was used. In addition, a sample application is made on Rize state hospital imaging and laboratory services; The total costs of the implementation process of this application outsourcing imaging and laboratory services, and unit costs and the total amount was found with each of these unit cost comparison is made.
