Reform in public administration Ak Party period: Between 2002 - 2015 reforms

Management in Turkey, which has a long history and significant savings in terms of practical "administration reform and administrative reform," There is significant work on. These studies first emerged around the idea of cak how to save the state , to advise statesmen on military and financial matters, and to keep them in the way of correcting problems. From the reform edicts of the Ottoman period to the present, there are many studies seeking to reform the state and society. While the search for transition to the legal-rational bureaucracy gained momentum along with the movements of modernization, the idea of reform, which left its mark on the last period of the Empire, continued with the Republic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the general justifications of the legal regulations in the scope of public administration reforms of the AK Party between 2002 and 2015, by analyzing the content of the new principles of New Public Management in terms of basic principles. According to the results of the content analysis, the general framework of the Public Administration Draft Law was reformed and the reforms were in line with the basic principles of the New Public Administration.
