Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to determine whether the fertilization of sperm at different pH degrees in the short -term preservation of sperm will be preserved. This method is applied in many species for sperm storage and use. It is a method that has increased its use in aquaculture in recent years. The cold storage of the sperm is based on the fact that the sperm to be cooled is first combined with protective agents, then cooling at a certain speed and taking it into physiological solutions that allow their development when it is reused. While doing all these procedures; Cell damage should be minimal, the structural integrity and functional properties of the cell should be maintained (Holt,2000). The cold storage of the sperm in fish culture has many benefits. It has advantages such as obtaining the desired characters, creating a sample by selection in desired characters, obtaining hybrid puppies, and reducing the risk of spreading infections. Agriculture and animal husbandry is an indispensable economic activity that meets the needs of foodstuffs and therefore directly concerns life. Fish cultivation, which has been evaluated within the animal production activities that have developed significantly in recent years, has not yet reached the desired level of breeding. In this study, the short -term cold storage of the sperm in marine fish is discussed with pH factors affecting the result with dilutors at different pH.
