Abstract (EN)

In an intensely competitive atmosphere, it is becoming increasingly difficult increasingly difficult situation to actualize the aims of organizations effectively. Due to this situation, the rules determined with the policies implemented within the organization are important to be adopted by the employes of the organization. The productivity of the employees can be further increased with the fair practices applied in the organization and the healthy relationships established, thus it can help them to avoid negative attitudes and behaviours towards the organization. The development of negative attitudes and attitudes may creat organizational alienation and it can cause employees to leave the job or to continue their activities with minimum benefit, being indifferent to the goals of the organization. The ınternal or external focusing, which is a personality trait that individuals own can also affect the way they perceive positive or negative developments in the organization. The aim of this study; The aim of this study is to test the effect of organizational justice and locus of control on organizational alienation and the moderator role of locus of control between organizational justice and organizational alienation. In addition, it is aimed to determine whether these concepts differ according to occupations and demographic variables. The research universe; It was formed by private hospital employees operating in Hatay. The data were collected through the survey method and tried to be tested through the Structural Equation Model. As a result of the research; A negative relationship was found between employees' perceptions of organizational justice and their organizational alienation. According to another result; It was concluded that external and internal locus of control, which are the sub-dimensions of locus of control, also negatively affect organizational alienation. And also, while our hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between organizational justice and internal locus of control was supported, our hypothesis that there is a negative relationship between external locus of control and organizational justice could not be supported by our research results.
