Investigation of the level of anxiety caused by the coronavirus

Covid-19 pandemic; cause serious threats to people's physical health and lives. Beyond being a physical disease, the coronavirus has had great social, psychological and economic effects. It has affected people in every way. Worry; It is a mental and physical reaction of a person to a frightening or threatening situation. In this context, it is aimed to examine the anxiety levels caused by the coronavirus on people. The population of the research consists of individuals aged 20-60 (275 females and 120 males) living in Isparta. The sample of the study consists of individuals aged 20-60 (275 females and 120 males) living in the province of Isparta. In the study, it was carried out according to the relational screening model, which is one of the general screening models, in order to determine the anxiety levels caused by the coronavirus on individuals between the ages of 20-60. In line with the study, no significant difference was observed between the anxiety levels caused by the coronavirus on individuals and demographic variables. In addition, a significant relationship was found between anxiety caused by coronavirus and SCL-90 and its dimensions. In addition, anxiety caused by coronavirus was found to be a significant predictor of SCL-90 and its dimensions.
