In this letter, the towers of rulings, jurisprudence, in the winter season, the sayings of the schools of thought from their books, an explanation of what is most correct among them, and knowledge of these rulings is considered one of the greatest acts of worship, and every Muslim needs them because these rulings are related to worship, and God - the Mighty and Sublime - created the worshipers for them. The thesis consists of an introduction, a preamble, and two chapters. In the introduction, I mentioned the importance of the research, the reason for choosing it, the objectives of writing this thesis, previous studies, and the research methodology. In the preamble, I explained winter, and mentioned its definition among linguists and jurists, and then good deeds in winter ,I referred to the hadiths and the sayings of the companions and followers in his virtues, and the jurists mentioned some rules related to winter in their books, so I wrote them, explained them, and linked them to winter. In the first chapter, I dealt with the provisions of purity related to the winter season, and listed the rule of street mud and the disagreement among the jurists regarding it, I mentioned tayammum and its ruling if the need arises with the excuse of cold and the jurists' controls for it, and then wiping over the socks, especially in the cold, because ablution in the cold is hardship for those who perform ablution. In the second chapter, I showed the provisions of prayer related to the winter season. In the beginning, I dealt with the definition of the call to prayer and the ruling on saying (pray in homes) when combining two prayers, The ruling on combining two prayers with the excuse of rain, snow, hail and mud, and the ruling on praying for rain if the rain is too late, And I showed some issues related to worshipers during prayer, and there were some issues related to fasting, so I mentioned it in the prayer section because I said it.
