Abstract (EN)
With this study, the term of "seyyie" covers all Qur'ân which is used in negative meaning in Qur'ân and semtinized what the unfavourable or evil actions are. Furthermore, how evaluated this term in famous commentaries of Qur'ân is mentioned. From the first declaration days of the Qur'ân, with the term of "seyyie" which is used in negative meaning refers to an unfavourable act or complete unfavourable acts done individually or socially. İt is pointed out that these unfavourable acts exist in history of human being with their similar examples and human beings are desired to be careful about them and avoid them
