Abstract (EN)

The universities have a considerable mission in scientifict, economic anda socio-culturel development of the country. There are many factors affecting these institutions to carry out the mission they have undertaken; one is their esteem at their shareholders. The perception of corporate reputation is a significant intangible value that is rare and difficult to be imitated. One of main elements shaping this value is the employees which are among internal stakeholders. One of the issues deal whithin the scope of the research is job satisfaction. It is possible that in an organization, the employees whose job satisfaction is high can identify whith their institutions and bring the reputation of their organizations at external stakeholders to a more positive situation. The aim of this study is to obtain the mediating role of organizational identification in relationship whith perception of corporate reputation perception and job satisfaction. The sample of the study consists of academic and administrative staff in the university in the East Anatolia Region. The study contains both literature review and field research towards academic and administrative staff among in group, 883 samples have been chosen randomly and the analysis have been made on them. On the acquired data of the study trough "Structural Equational Model", confirmatory factor analysis, regression and corelation analysis have been applied. For this analysis, AMOS 18.0 programme has been used. Besides, to obtain the differences suggested in the hypothesis, T-test and ANOVA analysis have been made by wing SPSS analysis programme. In the consequence of the research, some findings supporting the suggested hypothesis have been acquired. In this context, positive linear releationship have beeen obtained between perception of corporate reputation and job satisfaction/ organizational identification. Likewise, the mediating role of organizational identification between perception of corporate reputation and job satisfaction which consist of the main hypothesis of the study has been discovered.
