Abstract (EN)
In this paper, the firstly descriptive analysis was made to see Turkey's attitude related to climate change and was examined the approach new market carbon trading using the interview method. Then, 1984-2004 and 2005-2011 periods, relationship between per capita CO2 emissions and per capita Gross Domestic Products of Kyoto Protocol included countries are analyzed by panel DOLS. According to the results of the descriptive analysis, awareness people's will increase while the impact climate change's has increased, too. As a result of econometrics analyse, independent lnG effects dependent lnC positively.
