Larynx CA diagnosed patients, helical tomotherapy and rapidarc treatment in device comparison of the target volume and critical organs angle

In this study, 30 patients diagnosed with Larynx Ca, VMAT treatment technique and Hi-Art tomotherapy treatment technique has been made with the treatment plan. Both planning was compared to critical organs and target volumes. By means of obtained dose-volume histograms doses were compared receives target volumes and critical organs. The maximum dose values of the critical organs to the brain stem and spinal cord, the average dose values were compared for parotid gland. Dose defined for the target volume 100% of the target volume to receive the 95% on the planning have been made. The planned volume targets (PTV54, PTV60 and PTV70) with simultaneous integrated boost technique (SIB) same fraction; Doses were given to 1,64Gy, 1,81Gy and 2,12Gy. The maximum values were compared between the two dose planning.
