In today's competitive conditions, investigating the main reasons for these stoppages and reducing or eliminating them completely are important areas of study. There are many different studies and methods regarding the identification of malfunctions/downtimes in a wide range of sectors in production and the subsequent comprehensive operations. With stochastic models, production performance/line stoppages and malfunction detection information, line efficiencies of production processes, market analysis and current future situation predictions are made. During the current situation and forecasting studies, the maintenance plans needed by the production departments are carried out with solutions that will eliminate stoppages and malfunctions. The operating principles, process standards, daily production quantities, price list malfunctions and stoppage data of the production departments of a company that produces business policy boots, and the currently operated system distribution analysis were made. In the distribution analysis of the system, the published analysis and value of the system was increased by arranging the operation and maintenance plan for the unit whose operating status was most reduced in the future state.
