Figurine production in Greece and Anatolia in the 1st Millennium BC

In this study, it is aimed to collect the data on the production of figurines in the sources that have been made until today and present them to the scientific world as a whole. For this purpose, detailed and individual studies on figurines and their production are presented by evaluating them together. The scope of this study consists of figurines produced on the basis of clay. The developments of the figurines, which are the subject of the study, throughout the historical process were examined. The study area covers the technical, typological and stylistic developments that took place in the whole period, starting from the Prehistoric Period, the Minoan Period and in the following process until the end of the Hellenistic Period. Researchers have considered the figurine production process as a city or technical feature or period study. How has the production progressed, how has the technique developed, and how has it been shaped within itself as the period progressed; This information is intended to be given. In the studies discussed, it reveals the importance of the thesis study in terms of collecting and presenting the information to be conveyed separately.
