The verifacation and methodology of Mullah Halil al-si'irdî's work which is named "Usûlü Hadîsi'l-Ezher Mine'l-Muhtasar ve Şerhihi Li-i̇bn Hacer"

The sunnah is secondary source of sharia and a reliable introduction for understanding of Holy Quran. Since the time of the Sahaba (Companions), the Islamic scholars have given great attention to rivayah and dirayah, of Hadith. at the time of sahaba, the science of "sened" was emerge. As time progressed and needs increased, sciences emerged to help the hadith science; such as science of rical, and cerh and ta'dil and Mustalahu'l-hadis. Ibn Hajar al Askalani made great contributions to this science by explanation Sahih-i Bukhari. His work Nuhbetu'l Fiker is one of the most important works written in the field of Mustalahu'l-Hadith. Many explanations were written on this work. Mullah Khalil al-Siirdî also wrote a book named "Usulu'l Hadisi'l-Ezher mine'l Muhtasar ve şerhihi li ibn Hacer" to contribute to this field. This work is a manuscript and is about thirty pages. The author showed the power of science by way of he made the examples he mentioned for each rule, and additions. We aimed to present this useful book to the benefit of science students by examining it.
