Abstract (EN)

In this study, we tried to examine the Muharrir magazine published between 1876-1879. The work of the Ottoman Empire to meet the printing press and the activities of minorities, Lale, Tanzimat, I. Constitutional Monarchy and II. The publishing activities and developments that took place during the period of Abdulhamid, the biography of Ebuzziya Mehmed Tevfik Bey and the text conveyed to the contemporary Latin alphabet of the Muharrir mecmuasas are evaluating and conclusions of the topics in the past.The monthly magazine consists of 8 volumes in Volume 1. All numbers of Mecmuan are available in Ankara National Library. We made the supply of Mecmuan from Ankara National Library.As a result of the Ottoman State's late encounter with the printing press, cultural accumulation between Europe and us has developed. In this study, this situation has been conveyed to the readers through the Muharrir magazine published by Ebuzziya, saying that only the individual topics should be covered by the reading of the specialized books and that the work to be done should be converted into "lugat" and "magazine" in an encyclopedic system.The subject headings of Muharrir magazine, which has not been investigated previously with this thesis study, have been brought to light and it has been aimed to contribute to the world of science and the next researcher as a result of filling the gap in this area.
