Considering the purpose of justice in the kitab and sunnah

This research deals with Maqasid (the purpose of Sharia) In the Holly Kitab and Sunnah، in an introduction and four chapters, in the introduction, defined justice and destination meanings in the language and terminology, also dealt with the synonyms of justice and its types in the Qur'an and Sunnah. Then, clarified justice between the five purposes of sharia. In the first chapter, spoke about considering the purpose of justice In the Quran and Sunnah in regard with the divine side, Also proved the divine rule (No bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another( regarding with the reward and punishment. Then addressed the purposes of punishment for The perpetrators of crimes such as: murdering, Fornication, Drinking alcohol, Robbery, Apostasy, Barbarism and Libel, From the perspective of the Qur'an and the present reality, Also Highlighted those legal limits from the ideas of the ignorant and Jewish Arabs. The second chapter includes taking into consideration the purpose of justice in the Quran and Sunnah with regard to the judicial aspect, from the independence of the judiciary and the conditions of the judge, and the prohibition of taking people by suspicion or supposition, prohibiting and torturing the accused or insulting them by force to confess. In the third, talked about considering the Justice in the Quran and Sunnah regard of the Islamic economy, which is the system based on the balance, moderation and moderating between the capitalist and socialist systems, and talked about Zakat, Charity,Taxes, Spoils and illegal contracts. The forth chapter includes talking about considering the Justice in the Quran and Sunnah with regard of the political aspect, and clearing the justice in establishing the state and the conditions of Imam and the justice of the Quran and Sunnah in the war, peace and defense jihad. Then focused on the greatest purposes in the Quran and Sunnah which is the equality and Shura, then ended my research by conclusion.
