Musannifak's Hâshiya 'Alâ Sharh al-Miftâh li al-Teftâzânî: Examination and critical edition of 1-100 foils

This study includes a critical examination of the work titled "Ḥâşiye ʿalâ şerḥi‟l-Miftâḥ li‟s-Seyyid" by the Ottoman scholar Musannifek d. 875/1470, along with the textual analysis of the work. The introduction of the study provides praise and acknowledgments, discusses the significance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, and the research methodology. In the first section, the commentator Musannifek, as well as Teftâzânî and Sekkâkî, are introduced, their works and scholarly achievements are presented, and a detailed examination of Musannifek and Teftâzânî's methods of writing commentary and annotation is provided. Furthermore, the manuscript that forms the subject of the research is discussed, including its suitability, attribution to the author, and the quality of the utilized copies.
