Edition-critique and analysis of Nisancizade's Nûr al-'ayn (25-31st chapters)

Şeyh Bedreddin wrote a book named Câmi'u'l-Fusûleyn which had been used as a workbook of kadis (Muslim judges) for many years and counted as one of the most improntant books in administrative jurisdiction field. this book had been reformed and improved by nişancızâde whom has lived around two hundered years later than Şeyh Bedreddin and came out a new book named Nûru'l-'Ayn fi Islâhi Câmi'i'l-Fusûleyn. This study aims at examining and comparing to the chapters between 25th-31st in Nûru'l-'Ayn and the chapters 26th-32nd in Câmi'u'l-Fusûleyn. Majority of the titles and subjects in these chapters are identical only Nişancızâde made changes if needed. This study consists of two chapters. In the first chapter, the content in two books has been compared. In comparison, firstly the content of the titles which were in common with two books have been explained shortly according to chapters. After that the diffrences in terms of wording and writing style and the diffrences in titles have been specified. In those diffrences, it has been examined Nişancızâde's methods that were used while reforming the book and which parts in the book he made reforming. In the second chapter, an edition-critique of the chapters 25th to 31st of Nûru'l-'Ayn are produced as found in two author's copies containing some differences.
