The effect of learning organization, innovation and reengineering on firm performance

The need for change and innovation has increased with globalization. Meeting these needs is also important to be well managed. Businesses can continue to pursue their lives and to be able to provide a competitive edge innovation and re-engineering of the application is to be carried out. The most important feature of change is high, the speed is known to follow difficultly. The main purpose of the study, performed by managers learning organization, with emphasis on innovation and re-engineering is to examine the factors that impact on firm performance. In companies with studies of the effects of structural change and innovation in the company's performance it has been investigated. They were asked to answer the questionnaire consisting of 45 questions from employees and 120 questionnaires were evaluated. Reliability and validity have been checked in SPSS factor analysis were examined by applying correlation analysis and regression analysis methods. Consequently, improvements have been determined to be a significant relationship on firm performance structural change. Thus, it is perceived by employees towards structural change and innovation, and in this case said to affect positively the firm performance. By using companys structural change practices and an innovative management style, it is noticed that related company's can improve their performance.
