School director of music course implementation and evaluation of their attitudes i̇nstructi̇onal leadershi̇p to solve the problem: The case of Istanbul - Bağcılar

Music being performed in the course of official attached to the Ministry of Education school applications are known to encounter various problems and difficulties Some determinations of the music teacher, surely necessary to use a variety of teaching materials for the realization of the targets in the course and effects of music lessons on similar factors negatively affects teaching practices. School managers are responsible in the first degree in educational institutions in all areas of forward-away. Therefore examination of instructional leadership attitude to for the solution of problems encountered in the school principals music lesson practice and reflection on the school principals who work in the Ministry of Education within the results obtained in this direction is of great importance. As a result of analysis of the data obtained for this purpose were reached a number of conclusions. The universe of study, academic year 2014-2015 in the province of Istanbul Bagcilar District elementary school principals compose who work constitutes the middle and high school levels. In the study, the day to examine the instructional leadership attitude towards the solution of problems encountered in the course of implementation of the music school director (2009) "developed by instructional leadership attitude scale" is used. When evaluating the results obtained in this study, the SPSS 21.0 statistical package was used for statistical analysis. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation), as well as to examine the normal distribution Kolmogorov - Smirnov distribution test, in the case of two groups for comparison of quantitative data, the Mann-Whitney U test comparisons between groups of parameters with normal distribution. In case of more than two groups, the Kruskal-Wallis test for between-group comparisons of parameters for the determination of group differences causing Mann Whitney U test was used. Results in a confidence interval of 95%, p <0.05 significance level was assessed. The analysis results in the school principals while seeing the necessity for music lessons, music lessons, to provide technical tools for talented students help of directed the music teacher, music teacher support to participate in the music-related in-service training, compensation for work performed by the music teacher, behavior, instead they bring, but at school they thought it was a priority to remove the deficiencies in other classes, music lessons provide a classroom can be made, the students and parents to emphasize the importance of music lessons in behavior has emerged as a result they are undecided.
