Two different scales were used in the study, namely the five factor personality scale and the teachers' attitude scale towards school. In the analysis of the data obtained within the scope of the research; Descriptive statistics including techniques such as percentage, frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and meaningful statistical techniques such as t-test, Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis test, and one-way analysis of variance were used.
