This research was carried out to determine the relationship between teachers' perceptions of organizational synergy in schools and their perceptions of the teaching leadership role. This research was designed correlational design. The population of the research was 2798 teachers and the sample of the research is 310 teachers who can be reached through easily accessible sampling. The data of the research were collected by using the "Organizational Synergy Scale" and "Teacher Leadership Scale". According to the results obtained from the research, teachers' perceptions about the level of organizational synergy within the school are high. It is seen that the organizational synergy perceptions of the teachers in their schools differed significantly in terms of the school level variable and high school teachers' perceptions of organizational synergy are lower than teachers working at primary and secondary school levels. According to the graduation status, the perception of organizational synergy of teachers with associate degree and undergraduate education is higher than teachers with postgraduate education. Teachers' perceptions of organizational synergy within the school don't differ in terms of other variables. In addition, according to the research, teachers' perception of leadership role in school is high. Also, no difference was detected between the perceptions of the teachers regarding the leadership role according to the variables of gender, seniority, graduation status, the number of teachers in the school and the approximate duration of working in the same school. The high school teachers' perceptions of the leadership role is lower than those of primary school teachers. In the research, there are significant, positive and high-level relationships between teachers' perceptions of organizational synergy within the school and their leadership levels, and organizational synergy perceptions within the school significantly predict their leadership levels. It can be recommended to encourage teachers to work in teams and to organize activities for their common interactions in order to increase the level of synergy in schools.
