Abstract (EN)
Amidst the fierce competition in today's business world, the companies try to increase the organizational commitment of their workers, thereby increasing their performance and company efficiency. Improvements in organizational commitment lead to increases in motivation and efficiency. This improves the total efficiency of the company. Organizational commitment and performance are dependent on many factors. Among these factors, organizational culture is quite important. Since organizational culture may vary with geographic region, society and many criteria in each company, the relation between organizational commitment and performance vary as well. Organizational culture is treated as a predictor of the relation between organizational commitment and employee performance. This study examines the relationship between organizational commitment, performance and organizational culture. To this end, firstly, a literature review is conducted. Then, in order to examine the existence and significance of the relationship, a questionnaire study is conducted on the communications sector employees, and the results are presented. After validity and reliability tests were performed in the outcome data SPSS program, factor analysis was performed and the results obtained were reported. As a result of the study, it was found that there was a meaningful and positive relationship between organizational commitment and performance, and organizational culture was significant and positive effect on performance and organizational commitment.
